Developed by the creators of DefleMask and Minimic, Polybeep is a sophisticated polyrhythmic sound application aimed at fostering musical creativity. It includes an integrated tutorial designed to assist users in navigating its features efficiently.

The interface features a visually appealing color scheme and design, complemented by comprehensive visual feedback that enhances the user experience. The application enables users to easily set up complex polyrhythms, such as 3-4-5, with intuitive controls.

Users can record audio directly via microphone or import sample files. The software provides tools to optimize these sounds for quality. It allows arrangement of up to six looping patterns, which can be configured as polygons with three to sixteen vertices. Further control over sound effects—including delay, reverb, equalization, panning, and chorus—is available to shape the audio. Users can create sequences of multiple melodies to assemble complete compositions. Additionally, tempo can be adjusted in real-time through tap tempo functionality based on a rhythmic pulse.

MIDI input is supported, with MIDI output functionality expected in future updates to enable notes synchronization and device control.
